What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, topic of interest, and message. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to follow up about Udal. We do not add you to marketing lists automatically.

We also collect standard technical information through analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate device type, country, and traffic source. This data is aggregated and not used to identify individuals.

How we store and send data

This site runs on the Lovable platform, which provides hosting, database, and email infrastructure. Contact form data is stored in our backend and sent to hello@udal.io via the platform's email service. Udal Ltd remains responsible for how we configure and operate the site, including the data we choose to collect and how long we keep it.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics cookies to measure site usage. These are first-party cookies used for traffic analysis. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

Retention and deletion

Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and follow up, then deleted or archived according to our internal records policy. You can request deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@udal.io.
