Pricing, plainly
- How is Udal licensed?
- As an annual platform licence, based on the number of environments and the level of assurance you need. Agent counts are unlimited from the Platform tier upwards.
- Do we pay for model usage through Udal?
- No. You bring your own model backends — private, open-weight or commercial — and pay those providers directly. Udal meters and controls usage but does not resell inference.
- Where does the software run?
- Entirely inside your boundary: your cloud account, your data centre or at the edge. Udal has no hosted multi-tenant runtime and never receives your data.
- What does implementation involve?
- A Kubernetes install via our operator and Helm charts, your identity provider connected, and your group-to-scope grant policy defined. Most teams reach a first production agent within weeks.
- Is there a public-sector route to purchase?
- Yes. We can contract through standard UK public-sector frameworks and support the accompanying assurance documentation.
